Nia - Neuromuscular-Integrative-Action empowers people to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being through expressive movement. Nia is a combination of movements and concepts from yoga, martial arts, modern dance, and other movement forms. Nia movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness and agility.
